All shipments are sent using DHL, UPS, GLS or DHL/UPS+Spanish Post Correos.
The shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order and is calculated at checkout.
DHL Express: 4-5 working days
UPS: 2-3 working days

How can I change my delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch you can contact us to see if we can change the address for you. It's best in this situation to call us rather than e-mail. We can't guarantee that we can change the delivery address (but well do our best!) so please take extra care when selecting your delivery address.
Can I change my delivery date?
Once your order has been submitted, you are unable to change the date of your delivery. However, if you selected express delivery you will be contacted when the order is going to be delivered and give you the option to change the delivery date with the courier company. Standard delivery is delivered via Royal Moil and therefore you will not have this option.
How can I track my delivery/order?
When you place an order you will get a confirmation email first, and then you will get a dispatch email when the item has been dispatched and on its way to you. If the delivery option you have chosen includes online parcel tracking a link to this will be included on the dispatch email. You can also find tracking reference in your order history information by going to my account after logging in, and reviewing your ORDERS.
